The Delight Of Welcoming
Villa Castiglione is a beautiful, late nineteenth century Passionist Convent that recently got entirely renovated. Just a few minutes away from the center of Florence, in the wonderful frame of the Certosa, it still keeps its centuries-long beauty and atmosphere intact. The structure became a charmful location where it is possible to stay in one of the 12 author's bedrooms, and also a venue where weddings, meetings, fashion shows and any other type of event find their natural space.
Surrounded by a secular park, in a timeless space, Villa Castiglione benefits of a privileged position thanks to the breathtaking view on the millenary Certosa and, on the background, the magnificent dome of Brunelleschi standing out of the valley. The church is still consecrated and it hosts, in its inside, some works from master Primo Conti.
All of the structure's ambients are a mix of ancient wisdom and modern art. The Italian-Spanish master Gabriele Nuzarello, one of the most outstanding artists in the contemporary modern art scene, realized for Villa Castiglione some truly unique accommodations and sceneries, other than some works of art that truly exalt the beauty and unquestioned charm of the location.
Even the lighting system has been designed to celebrate the location’s elegancy, thanks to the collaboration with Artemide and La Murrina.
